Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for all staff members, including orientation, onboarding, and continuing education
- Assess training needs and gaps, and create strategies to address them
- Collaborate with department managers to design and deliver training programs that meet specific departmental needs
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments
- Develop and maintain partnerships with external training providers and education institutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in staff development and training
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field LVN or RN
- Minimum Years of Experience: 1 year
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
