Director of SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting

ICX Group is seeking a Director of SEC Financial Reporting in Miami, FL to lead the preparation and filing of 10-Q and 10-K, oversee accounting policies, consolidations and the general ledger, with direct reporting to the CFO.

This role requires a CPA, 8+ years in financial reporting, and prior Big 4 or large public company experience, plus proven leadership.

The position offers high visibility with senior management and a focus on US GAAP compliance and technical accounting.
