Director of Risk Management & Insurance Strategy

SOLV Energy is seeking a Director of Risk Management to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across the organization. You will partner with executive leadership to assess risk, shape programs, and guide cross-functional risk initiatives.

In this role, you will lead enterprise risk management, manage comprehensive insurance and alternative financing, oversee claims and surety activities, and promote a risk-aware culture that aligns with SOLV Energy’s growth in the energy sector.
