The Standard Spa, Miami Beach seeks a dynamic Director of Restaurants to lead daily operations and guest experience across our restaurants, bars, and other F&B venues. You’ll develop venue managers, drive consistent service standards, and build a culture of ownership and hospitality.
Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, you will balance on-the-floor leadership with financial, administrative, and people leadership to run a multi-outlet F&B operation.
