Director of Quality & Patient Experience

Select Specialty Hospital is seeking a Director of Quality Management to lead accreditation, QAPI initiatives, and quality improvement for a critical illness recovery LTACH. You'll work with senior leaders to drive patient and employee excellence and ensure regulatory readiness.

The role requires RN licensure, experience in quality domains, and familiarity with accrediting standards, with a preferred CP HQ credential. A strong focus on leadership and data-driven improvement is essential.
