Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all pharmacy operations and clinical services
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards
- Recruit, mentor, and retain a high-performing pharmacy team
- Develop departmental budgets and oversee capital planning
- Establish and maintain pharmacy policies and best practices
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of pharmacy experience
- 3+ years of hospital pharmacy management experience
- Pharm.D. or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
Preferred Qualifications
- Pharmacy residency or fellowship training
