• Serve as Director of Operations role at a fast-growing Miami-based RIA, focused on building processes, improving execution, and supporting the firm’s next stage of growth.
• Build and manage operational processes across custodians, trade execution, compliance, reporting, and provider connectivity to support continued growth and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to bring key operational functions in-house, improve workflows, and ensure operations are handled efficiently across the firm.
• Partner with advisors and client service teams to support a smooth client experience for ultra high net worth domestic and international families.
• Differentiated platform with a particular focus on technology-driven opportunities and access to private deals not available through traditional wealth management channels.
• $120,000+ first year compensation package based on experience, including base salary and performance-based bonuses.

Requirements

• 3+ years of operations experience in an RIA or family office
