That's why we're hiring our next Director of Operations.
We're not looking for someone to simply maintain what we've built, we're looking for someone who wants to help build what comes next.
The Opportunity
As our Director of Operations, you'll become the operational leader of Front Range Collective, working directly alongside the leadership team to strengthen the systems, processes, and people that support our business.
You'll report directly to the Founder and work closely with the leadership team, serving as a trusted partner in improving how the business operates and helping guide the continued growth of the team. You'll have the autonomy to lead initiatives, recommend improvements, and make a lasting impact on how Front Range Collective grows.
Your role is to create the structure, consistency, and support that allows our agents to focus on what they do best, serving clients and growing their businesses.

How you'll Make an Impact
Leadership & Systems
- Lead the day-to-day execution of the business.
- Build scalable systems that support continued growth.
- Develop and improve SOPs that create consistency across the team.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Support agents so they can focus on serving clients and growing their businesses.
Agent Success & Growth
- Own the onboarding experience from signed agreement through productivity.
- Coordinate recruiting efforts alongside leadership.
- Strengthen the systems that support an exceptional agent experience.
- Recognize agent milestones, production, and achievements.
- Help create an environment where agents feel supported and set up for success.
Technology & Innovation
- Oversee operational technology and workflows.
- Introduce thoughtful automation where it creates value.
- Improve reporting and business visibility.
- Support Zillow Flex operations and lead management.
Business & Culture
- Track key metrics and support budgeting.
- Lead projects that improve efficiency.
- Coordinate team communication, events, and recognition.
- Help protect and strengthen the culture that makes Front Range Collective unique.
Your First Year
Success in this role is about learning the business, building relationships, and making meaningful improvements that help our agents and team continue to grow.
First 60 Days
- Build relationships with agents, staff, and leadership.
- Learn the business and identify opportunities for improvement.
3-6 Months
- Take ownership of day-to-day operations.
- Implement improvements to systems, workflows, and onboarding.
- Become the primary operational resource for the team.
6-12 Months
- Build scalable systems that support continued growth.
- Introduce thoughtful improvements that enhance the agent experience.
- Become a trusted strategic partner to the Founder and leadership team.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in operations, project management, or a similar leadership role.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A natural problem solver who takes initiative and follows through.
- Experience building, improving, and documenting systems and processes.
- Comfortable learning new technology and helping others adopt it.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative leadership style.
- Experience supporting a real estate team, brokerage, or another growing service-based business is is highly preferred.

Schedule
This is a full-time leadership position based in the Denver metro area. While most work takes place during standard business hours, occasional evenings or weekends may be needed to support team events, recruiting, and business initiatives.
