The Palms Home Care is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to lead our Port Charlotte clinical team. This is an opportunity to help shape a growing home health operation, with the energy of a startup environment and the stability of an established company.
Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and support home health clinicians.
Oversee patient care, clinical documentation, and care coordination.
Support compliance with Medicare home health requirements and OASIS standards.
Coach and develop clinicians while helping build efficient clinical processes.
Partner with operations and scheduling to support timely, high-quality care.
Required Qualifications
Active, unrestricted Florida RN license.
At least two years of home health supervisory experience.
Direct experience in Medicare-certified home health.
Strong knowledge of OASIS, clinical documentation, and home health operations.
Compensation and benefits
Salary: $100,000+ annually , based on experience.
