This role is responsible for driving operational consistency, balancing capacity across facilities, and ensuring the network can flex effectively to meet changing demand. The Director will oversee facility leadership, standardize operating procedures, partner closely with Technology and Infrastructure teams, and help shape the strategy around warehouse systems, automation, and data-driven operations.

This is a highly cross-functional leadership role focused on stability, efficiency, and scalable growth.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operational performance across multiple facilitiesManage and develop facility managers, ensuring strong execution, accountability, and alignmentEstablish consistent operational expectations across sitesServe as the central coordination point for network-wide operational prioritiesLead network-level capacity planning to ensure facilities are optimized for volume, labor, and space utilizationShift workload across facilities to maintain balance and reduce strain during volume fluctuationsCollaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and ReCommerce leaders to anticipate demand changesBuild and execute strategies for peak seasons and volume surgesDevelop scalable playbooks for labor ramp-up, overflow management, and throughput optimizationEnsure the network is prepared for rapid growth and client expansionPartner with site leaders to drive adoption and continuous improvementPartner with Technology teams to ensure strong utilization and integration of warehouse management systemsDrive data visibility, reporting consistency, and performance tracking across facilitiesSupport system enhancements that improve operational accuracy and productivityCollaborate with Technology and Engineering teams to support automation initiativesSupport implementation and adoption of new operational technologiesPartner with IT and Infrastructure teams to ensure facilities are properly supportedEnsure operational needs are aligned with system uptime, connectivity, hardware, and technology requirementsEscalate and help prioritize infrastructure investments that support operational performanceQualificationsBachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)10+ years of experience in multi-site operations leadership within supply chain, logistics, or warehouse environmentsProven experience managing facility leaders and scaling operations across multiple locationsStrong background in capacity planning, network optimization, and performance managementExperience with WMS platforms and data-driven operational managementExposure to automation initiatives and process optimization strongly preferred
