Director of FP&A: Strategy & Value Creation Leader

Det-Tronics is seeking a Director of FP&A to lead the annual operating plan, rolling forecasts, and multi-year models tied to value creation. You will manage a team of FP&A analysts reporting to the CFO and drive performance analytics across the organization.

The role partners with cross-functional leaders to identify margin expansion, SG&A efficiency, and working capital optimization, while delivering insight-driven financial packages to senior leadership and private equity sponsors.
