Responsibilities
- Lead all accounting, finance, treasury, and compliance functions
- Serve as strategic partner to CEO/Ownership on growth, capital allocation, and long-term planning
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for capital equipment projects
- Drive margin improvement and cost control initiatives
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships
- Implement and optimize ERP and financial reporting systems
- Lead audit, tax, and regulatory compliance
- Build and develop internal finance team
- Support potential M&A, capital investments, or financing initiatives
Ideal Background
- 10+ years progressive finance leadership experience
- Experience as CFO, VP Finance, or Corporate Controller in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of project-based accounting and capital equipment revenue cycles
- Experience in privately held, owner-led, or PE-backed companies preferred
- Proven experience improving financial controls and reporting structure
- ERP implementation or optimization experience
