Job Summary

Are you a Real Estate Development Finance Manager/Director ready to build your own Development Finance Team? This boutique mixed‑use real estate holding company has built a development arm and recently hit it big with major opportunities! The development finance function has become large enough to build a dedicated team, beginning with the VP of Finance, Real Estate Development. The role reports directly to the President and will receive mentorship and training from a seasoned Real Estate CFO who currently leads the Development and holding functions. Initial projects include building a Development Cash Flow Forecasting Model, creating a WIP reporting model and analytics, and developing process and procedure documentation for the development arm. The successful candidate will enjoy significant compensation growth, including an opportunity to co‑invest.
