Salary Estimate: $102,440 - $159,827 per year.
We are seeking a Facilities Management Director to oversee operations of assigned departments and integrate services into overall hospital functions.
Job Summary and Responsibilities
Responsible for operations of assigned departments and the integration of the service within overall hospital functions. Collaborates in decision‑making structures and processes. Accountable for implementing an effective, continuous improvement program that measures, assesses and improves performance. Assures a high level of customer satisfaction. Manages productivity to achieve budgetary targets. Must be willing to assume twenty‑four hour responsibility for the facility.

Qualifications
- Hospital experience required.
- Bachelor of Science or equivalent; Master’s degree in Business or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years in a comparable position preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage department(s) quality service, budgets and staffing, establish priorities, anticipate problems, resolve issues and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing to patients, physicians, administration, peers and staff.
- Willingness to provide guidance and counseling to personnel.
- Proficiency in computer skills, critical thinking and public speaking.
- Knowledge of local, state and federal regulations that impact areas of responsibility.
- Must possess a willingness to assume twenty‑four hour responsibility for the facility.
