Director of Dining ServicesPosition Type: Full-TimeSchedule: Monday–Friday, weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.Pay Range: Discussed during interviewPosition SummaryTrinity Grove is seeking an experienced, dedicated Director of Dining Services to lead daily dining operations. This role supports high-quality resident dining, maintains compliance with state and federal regulations, and upholds Trinity Places’ standards and goals.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee nutrition services, dining operations, approved diets, and menu planning.Ensure proper staffing and maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.Recruit, train, coach, supervise, and evaluate dining services staff.Maintain employee records and coordinate in-service education for the dining services team.Monitor dining equipment and identify repair or replacement needs.Regularly evaluate dining services and make improvements that support resident satisfaction.Maintain a safe environment and perform other duties needed to support facility operations.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required.D.M.A. certification required or willingness to obtain certification.One year of food service experience in a healthcare facility or retirement community preferred.Previous management experience preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Knowledge of local health regulations and state laws related to dining services and food preparation.Ability to safely use a variety of kitchen equipment and utensils.Physical RequirementsLift and carry at least 20 pounds.Move throughout all areas of the facility.Bend, stoop, and reach overhead.Apply TodayIf you are passionate about delivering excellent dining experiences and meet the qualifications above, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity at Trinity Grove.
