We inspire students to think critically, creatively, and compassionately, dedicating themselves to Jewish tradition, peoplehood, and the State of Israel, and to become lifelong learners and leaders.Ideal prospective candidates:Strategic and relationship-driven leader with a strong fundraising backgroundMinimum of 5 years of development experience, preferably in an independent school or nonprofit settingProven success in donor cultivation, major gifts, and campaign managementExcellent communicator with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skillsEffective team manager with experience mentoring and supporting staffProficient in fundraising software and donor management toolsCollaborative, organized, and goal-orientedEssential duties and responsibilities:Strategic leadership & fundraisingAdvancement & community engagementOperations & managementAdditional responsibilitiesQualifications and experience:Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferredMinimum 5 years of progressively responsible development experience, preferably in an independent school or nonprofit settingDemonstrated success in major gift fundraising, capital campaigns, and donor relationsStrong leadership, strategic planning, and project management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient with fundraising software, databases, and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work independently and collaboratively, set priorities, and meet deadlinesCommitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and the mission of Frankel Jewish AcademyCompensation & benefits:Competitive salary commensurate with experience, starting at $90,000+28 PTO days plus school holidaysComprehensive health, dental, and vision insuranceRetirement plan with employer contributionProfessional development support and family-friendly scheduleSupportive team culture and opportunities for growthGeneral requirements:Criminal history background check requiredCompliance with federal employment eligibility verificationReferences requiredDon't meet every single requirement?
