Segal Trials is seeking a Director of Clinical Operations to lead and optimize the day-to-day performance of our growing clinical research network.

This hands-on leadership role drives operational excellence across multiple sites—ensuring high-quality study execution, strong enrollment performance, and consistent workflows within our organization. You’ll partner with site leadership, the Medical Director, and the executive team to align studies with goals.
