Director of AI-Driven Customer Education & Adoption

Yoodli is seeking a Director of Customer Education to build and scale education programs for our AI Experiential Learning platform. This role partners across Customer Success, Support, Product, Sales, and Marketing to accelerate adoption, improve outcomes, and drive expansion with enterprise customers.

You will define the operating model, create scalable learning experiences, and develop a global training capability that grows with the business.
