Director of Accounting Finance

Overview

Our client in South Bend, IN is seeking a Director of Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations, including month-end and year-end close activities.
• Prepare and oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, audits, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee financial systems and identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting and financial leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience leading accounting operations and managing financial systems.
