Job Overview
My Gym is looking to hire a full‑time, career‑oriented Director to join our management team. The Director will lead and train the team in all areas of operations, including classes, parties, camps, and events, as well as handling administrative duties, sales, and marketing.
Responsibilities
- Lead and train the team in all operational areas.
- Lead classes, parties, camps, and events.
- Handle administrative tasks, sales, and marketing.
Position Requirements
- Ability to work 35-40 hours per week, including weekends.
- Experience working with children.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Healthy, fit lifestyle.
- Effective leadership and motivational skills.
- Open to learning basic sales skills.
- Clean background check.
Compensation and Benefits
- Starts at $17 per hour.
