Director, Medical Device Engineering & Manufacturing

ACE Partners is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead our engineering organization in Minneapolis, MN. You will set technical direction across multiple programs, align with business goals, and own budgeting and staffing to scale the team and processes.

You will manage engineering managers and senior staff, act as the senior technical voice with customers and leadership, and drive design controls and quality system compliance across all programs as we grow.
