Director, 24/7 Patient Care Operations

Beacon Health System is seeking a nurse leader to direct the patient care area on a around-the-clock basis. You will coordinate staff, ensure quality and cost-effective care, and manage clinical and financial performance across the unit and health system.

The role requires an MSN, Indiana RN license, and 2–5 years of management experience, with strong leadership and collaboration skills to work with Medical Staff and Administration.
