Seeking a detail-oriented Catalog QA Tester to validate eCommerce websites, product information, pricing, images, and customization options. This role involves testing the online shopping experience, placing test orders, inspecting finished products, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product accuracy and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Test product launches and website functionality across desktop and mobile.
- Verify product descriptions, images, pricing, promotions, and customization options.
- Execute end-to-end testing from product selection and checkout through fulfillment.
- Produce and inspect finished products to ensure they match online configurations.
- Document bugs, track defects, and collaborate with teams to resolve issues.
- Communicate testing progress, risks, and quality concerns.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years Testing/Validation experience
- 1 year experience testing eCommerce, catalog management, product content management, merchandising, etc.
Desired Qualifications
- PIM & DAM
- Experience verifying product data accuracy (descriptions, imagery, pricing, categories, variants)
- Experience executing end-to-end order validation
- Microsoft Excel and test documentation tools.
- Agile
- Azure DevOps or Jira.
- Experience with cross-browser and mobile device testing.
