The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality output, efficient production flow, and minimal downtime through strong technical ability and consistent attention to detail. Because this role involves working with Chinese-language equipment, manuals, and technical teams, bilingual proficiency in both Mandarin Chinese and English is required for effective communication, troubleshooting, and translation when needed.What You'll DoContinuously observe print jobs and adjust machine settings as neededConduct routine quality checks to ensure prints meet company and customer standardsMaintain detailed logs of production output, batch details, and adjustmentsPerform routine preventive maintenance on Chinese printing equipmentDiagnose and resolve printing errors, mechanical issues, and digital workflow problemsEnsure machine firmware and software remain up-to-dateManage daily print schedules to meet deadlinesOrganize and prioritize print jobs for maximum productivityCommunicate with design, production, and quality teams regarding job requirementsEnsure accurate job setup according to digital files and work ordersTranslate written and verbal instructions between Mandarin and English for machine manuals, technical guidance, and updatesAssist internal teams by interpreting communication with Chinese manufacturers, vendors, or techniciansSupport training or troubleshooting sessions that require bilingual translationWhat You'll HaveHigh school diploma or equivalent required1–3 years of experience operating digital printing machines preferred but not required along with experience in textile, industrial, or format printing preferredWhat You're Good AtStrong attention to detail and qualityGood communication and teamwork abilitiesAbility to multitask in a fast-paced production environmentWillingness to learn and adapt to new technologiesAPPLY TODAY!
