Digital Operations CoordinatorThe Law Function is looking for a Digital Operations Coordinator who will work as part of the Digital Operations team in Law. The Digital Operations team is responsible for ensuring the quality deployment enterprise digital initiatives, advancing digital fluency in the Law Function, and supporting legal operations. The Digital Operations team supports and reports to the Law Function. The Digital Ops team also partners closely with the Law Digital Platform in key digital areas.Responsibilities:Overseeing enterprise digital initiatives deployment in Law including training, hands on support, and managing incoming ticket queues related to these initiatives (ex: Modern desktop, O drive decom, autodelete, etc)Designing and Coordinating a Digital Fluency program for Law including facilitating business leader think-tank discussions, leading, and assisting productivity programs, leading, and facilitating digital fluency meetings, training, digital tips, and engaging all roles within the Law FunctionDeveloping a Citizen Development program for Law personnel to become fluent in low-code application development including a support model process for developed applications.Qualifications/Skills:5+ years of experience in project management, influential leadership, or similar roleBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceProject Management experienceStrong collaboration capability (with business leaders)Ability to draw thoughts out of othersOrganizing thoughts of self and othersFluent with O365 suite of toolsDeveloping training programsAbility to assess and optimize business processesAbility to evaluate technologies to optimize existing processesAgile methodologiesAgile mindsetSelf-motivatedThis is a new role, in a new functional area, reporting to the Digital Operations Manager.
The role and the work will be fluid and the candidate must be comfortable working with changing priorities and navigating ambiguity.
