Title: Digital Content Specialist
Pay: $34.48/hr | Weekly Pay + Optional Benefits
Location: Hybrid | Dublin, OH
Schedule: Monday & Wednesday - In Office | Tuesday, Thursday & Friday - Work From Home

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain marketing assets such as templated banners, landing pages, and messages within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Activate digital advertisements and target specific audience segments using Adobe Target
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and other digital marketing tools
  • Partner with marketing teams to gather project requirements, develop digital solutions, and incorporate feedback to optimize deliverables
  • Manage and prioritize production requests while ensuring timely completion and adherence to brand standards
  • Optimize web content for SEO and enhanced user experience
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to content display and functionality
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to ensure successful project execution
  • Support omnichannel marketing initiatives by delivering engaging on-site experiences aligned with business goals
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate revenue tracking across digital content
  • Manage digital content projects within Workfront, ensuring tasks are assigned, tracked, and completed on schedule
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or a similar Content Management System (CMS)
  • Experience with Workfront or other project management software
  • Experience with Adobe Target is a plus
  • Strong understanding of HTML and CSS
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Ability to quickly adapt to evolving systems, tools, and processes
