Position Overview:
The Digital Banking Transformation Specialist will support the implementation of digital initiatives across the bank. This role will assist in the coordination of digital projects, help gather and document business requirements, and collaborate with various teams to improve digital channels and internal processes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to work well in cross-functional environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the rollout and monitoring of digital transformation initiatives.
- Support the Product Manager in maintaining and improving the bank’s digital platforms.
- Gather and document business requirements from users and stakeholders.
- Help coordinate with internal teams, including IT, Operations, and Compliance, to support project implementation.
- Track progress on assigned projects and follow up to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct basic testing and validation of digital enhancements.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Technology, or related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in banking, financial services, or a technology-related role.
- Exposure to digital platforms, project coordination, or product support.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with technology teams and learning new digital tools.
