As the leading, privately held U.S. manufacturer of innovative high-performance flexible circuit boards, we are dedicated to the design, production, and assembly of advanced printed circuit board assembly (PCBAs) technology solutions.We develop cutting-edge solutions that explore new frontiers, serve and protect our armed forces and allies, safeguard national security against evolving threats, and propel advancements in hypersonic technology.Our customers include some of the largest aerospace and defense companies like RTX, Lockheed Martin, GE Aerospace, NASA, JPL, Northrop Grumman, and Boeing.The Die-cut Operator processes PCB layers, materials, and final panels through the Die Cutting Machine and ensures that all jobs are processed in accordance with team leader direction, traveler information, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.Please note: The available work schedule consists of 2nd shift hours (4:00pm - 12:30am); however, training will take place during the 1st shift (7:30am - 4:00pm).What You'll Do:Reviews SOPs, work instructions, and the Traveler to ensure compliance with specifications; verifies that prior process was properly completed and that quantities match; scans job into PROCIMChecks die storage location to obtain the proper die from storage area; verifies an F/A QC stamp on new diesVisually inspects die and steel rule die blades for non-conformancesCreates holes around the tooling holes on new dies; installs pins to dies using a hammer and removes pins after the processPreps the layers, materials, or panels using proper die and wooden block and operates Die Cutting Machine, including start-up and turn-off; adjusts height of handle and cutting power as necessarySigns off on the Traveler, logs out in ProCIM and moves finished parts to the next scheduled processPerform other duties as requiredWhat You'll Bring:Ability to read, write, and speak English proficientlyAbility to read and understand documents such as travelers, standard operating procedure, instructions, and safety rules in English to the degree necessary to perform the jobMust be detailed oriented and self-motivatedMust be able to remain focused with minor interruptionsMust be able to work overtime as requiredEducation and Experience:High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferredNo experience requiredPlease note that in addition to frequent standing and walking, the work environment requires lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 25 pounds; as well as repetitive hand and finger motion.Schedule:Monday to FridayTraining Schedule: 7:30am to 4:00pmRegular Schedule is 2nd Shift: 4:00pm to 12:30amOvertime and Weekends as required**Please Note: Successful candidate must be available to train during 1st Shift (7:30am to 4:00PM)Job Type: Full-time / PermanentCalifornia Pay Range$17 - $19 USDThe actual compensation offered is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant business considerations.Pioneer Circuits provides a comprehensive benefits package for all full-time roles, encompassing healthcare, dental, and vision insurance for employees and eligible dependents.
