We are working with a leading real estate investment and development firm seeking a Real Estate Development Analyst to join its team in Denver.
Responsibilities
- Support real estate development projects from initial analysis through execution.
- Build and maintain financial models to evaluate development opportunities and investment returns.
- Conduct market, property, and financial analysis to support development decisions.
- Assist with underwriting, feasibility studies, and investment analysis.
- Support due diligence and preparation of investment materials.
- Work closely with senior members of the development and investment teams on active projects.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in real estate finance, investment, development, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Experience with financial modeling and real estate underwriting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of financial information.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related discipline preferred. xhqgsiq
