Job TitleKey Responsibilities:Develop and implement test automation strategies and frameworks.Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing, using tools like Python, Pytest, and Robot Framework.Integrate automated testing protocols with existing code and engineering processes, including integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Gitlab and Jenkins.Use test management tools like Qmetry and JIRA for defect tracking, reporting.Continuously enhance and maintain existing test automation frameworks.Execute automated and manual tests, analyze test results, debug issues, and provide detailed reports, report defects.Collaborate with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand application requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in systems under test.Generate detailed test reports and metrics to communicate testing progress and outcomes.Perform Boardfarm and TDK (Test Development Kit) based testing for embedded software andRequired Skills & Experience:Strong expertise in test automation and scripting with Python.Strong knowledge of RDK (Reference Design Kit) for Broadband (RDKB) architecture and components.Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, especially GitLab.Proficiency in JIRA and Qmetry for test management.Experience with Pytest, Boardfarm, Robo Framework, and TDK.Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex test scenarios.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and collaboration abilities.Preferred Skills:Experience in Agile development environments.Familiarity with DevOps practices.Knowledge of networking protocols and embedded systems testing.
