System Administrator On Windows SystemsWe are seeking a skilled System Administrator on Windows systems to join our IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the deployment, configuration, maintenance, and support of Windows 11 workstations and related infrastructure. This role requires hands-on expertise with Windows 11, strong troubleshooting skills, and experience with modern endpoint management, security, and automation tools.This role is onsite in Dulles, VA and requires a TS/SCI with active polygraph in order to be considered.What You Will DoInstall, configure, and maintain Windows 11 operating systems and related hardware/software across the organizationProvide advanced troubleshooting for Windows 11 workstations, including OS, application, and hardware issuesManage user accounts, permissions, and group policies via Active DirectoryDeploy and manage devices using Microsoft Intune, SCCM, or similar endpoint management solutionsOversee system updates, BIOS/driver updates, and security patches using Windows Update for BusinessAutomate routine tasks and deployments using PowerShell and other scripting toolsMaintain system documentation, configuration records, and standard operating proceduresCollaborate with IT and security teams to support business continuity, disaster recovery, and incident responseProvide technical support to end-users, resolve tickets, and ensure high customer satisfactionParticipate in system upgrades, migrations, and hardware lifecycle managementTest and validate new hardware for Windows 11 compatibilityQualifications You Must HaveTypically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.Security + certification1+ Years experience in Windows 11Active and transferable U.S.
