Job TitlePay Range $20hr - $25hrRequirement/Must Have:5+ years of experience in desktop support.Responsibilities:Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for end-user desktop and software issues.Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to operating systems and applications including but not limited to Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Intune.Communicate and collaborate comfortably with stakeholders.Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.Document all support activities, including resolutions, in the ticketing system.Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.Manage incoming inventory, including new and used hardware, returned legacy rich clients, and other items as requested.Reimage laptops to the new version of the image.
