Desktop Support Technician

Salary: $83,000 - 123,000 per year Requirements:

• Associates degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred
• 2–3 years of information technology experience preferred
• Strong technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and customer service skills
• Ability to resolve a broad range of IT support tasks independently and efficiently

• Serve as a point of contact for end users, addressing computer-related issues and escalations
• Help customers assess and resolve hardware and software problems
• Install and configure computers, monitors, printers, scanners, smartphones, and other peripherals
• Upgrade operating systems and software, and assist with new project requests
• Create and maintain documentation, and record issue progress and resolution steps in the ticketing system
• Perform and assist with hardware and software maintenance
• Identify and report trends, and participate in major incident identification and resolution
• Provide on-site, remote, and phone support to troubleshoot tickets involving mobile equipment, features, and functionality
• Manage mobile device inventory and provide Level I support to IT Support Services team members with mobile device setup, configuration, maintenance, and reported issues
• Fulfill on-call duties and other assigned responsibilities
