Job TitleLocation: 7401 Metro Blvd, Edina/MinneapolisLooking for someone with very good phone communication skills. The primary function will be to work with customers by phone on general questions, orders, install setups, scheduling, ticket creation, tracking of work, ticket updates, tech dispatch, coordination of PC replacement, coordination of office assessment asset disposal, etc. The ticketing system is Service Now. Hours will be either 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday 40 hours per week, no weekend or after hours.
