We are looking for an experienced Deskside Support professional to join a long-term enterprise IT support engagement.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys providing high-touch, white-glove IT support and has experience working directly with VP-level executives, senior leadership, or VIP users.
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of Desktop/Deskside/End User Support experience
Experience supporting VPs, executives, VIPs, or senior leadership
Strong Windows 10/11 troubleshooting skills
Microsoft 365 / Office 365 experience
Active Directory experience
Hardware, laptop, printer and peripheral troubleshooting
ServiceNow or another ITSM/ticketing system
Excellent communication and customer-service skills
Professional and polished executive-facing presence
Ability to work onsite in Rockville, MD
