Individuals in the capacity are recognized as having a high level of technical proficiency.Interpret customer specs and create applications based on the specificationsUpdate existing applications to either add new features or fix minor issuesCreating new vehicle applicationsParse data from the vehicle communication businessDebug applications and fix issues found by customersRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience2+ years of experience in software development2+ years of experience with C++ developmentGood understanding of Object-Oriented Programming conceptsUnderstanding of Bytes and Bits.
Experience with bit manipulation (e.g. masking, shifting, etc.)Self-motivated and passionateGood communication/collaboration with other software developers, with users, and testing team members.Strong troubleshooting and debugging skillsPreferred Qualifications:Automotive communication protocols (J1939, CAN, ISO15765, etc.)C#, other.NET languages, SQL, and XMLUI DevelopmentExposure to Android application developmentExperience with Agile MethodologyA Source control management tool (such as SVN or Git, etc.)Proficient in using Visual Studio
