Deputy Director: Strategic Growth & Philanthropy (Museum)

Miami Children’s Museum seeks an accomplished Deputy Director to serve as the CEO/Executive Director’s principal partner in advancing the Museum’s mission, growth, and organizational excellence. This role leads development, marketing, finance, technology, and operations while ensuring strategic alignment across departments.

The Deputy Director will help drive philanthropic growth, elevate the Museum’s brand and community presence, and provide leadership in the CEO/Executive Director’s absence.
