Depth Sensor Characterization Engineer

Duration: 12 months
Base pay range: $90.00/hr – $95.00/hr

Key Skills
- Deep understanding of SPADs and SPAD-based depth sensors
- Familiar with laboratory environment (equipment, automation)
- Fluent in Python / MATLAB / C++
Good to Have
- Understanding of CMOS image sensors and CMOS circuits
- Understanding of optics and imaging
Responsibilities
- Bring up hardware, firmware and software solutions provided by the vendor.
- Characterize performance, features, and functional blocks in depth sensors.
- Work with cross‑functional teams to define key sensor parameters for development.
- Collect and analyze data based on defined test plan.
Preferred Qualifications
- MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or related discipline.
- Hands‑on experience with the characterization and evaluation of a variety of depth sensors.
- Experience with EE board design and bringing up.
- Experience in MIPI C‑PHY, I3C, Git version control.
