Your Role
- Collaborate with account executives to manage complex deal cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Be consultative to customer and strategize the optimal solution for them to close faster
- Conduct customer-facing activities such as technical discovery calls.
- Design and present tailored demos based on customer and business needs.
- Oversee and execute technical proof-of-concept (POC) processes.
- Design and configure Maxima’s products based on customers' accounting workflows.
- Develop implementation scoping documents for each customer that launches with Maxima.
- Work with the engineering team to build out integrations for different transaction systems like revenue, billing, accounts payable, etc.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in public accounting or as staff accountant, accounting manager, or controller.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Must have strong knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles.
- Extensive experience with Excel, Google Sheets, and other spreadsheet software.
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and consultative skills.
- Well organized and able to multitask and execute multiple implementations simultaneously.
- Highly energetic, positive, and passionate team player with strong interpersonal skills and collaborative orientation.
- Attention to detail and ability to make decisions quickly.
