Responsibilities

• Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Guest Service Department Manager ensures crew and managers deliver great customer experience, oversee sales promotions, train service staff, and keep Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive‑Thru areas organized.
• Kitchen Department Manager ensures the restaurant delivers high‑quality food quickly, maintains food safety, controls food cost, and trains kitchen staff on production procedures and new menu items.
• People Department Manager ensures hiring of qualified crew, effective training, scheduling to meet sales and profit goals, and motivates staff.

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with flexible schedule and passion for working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
