Denver, CO — Full‑time (45+ hours per week) – join Decision Point to equip and lead campus ministry teams, coaching students to share the gospel and build relationships with churches and community leaders.

Responsibilities

• Coach students regularly at chapter sites and schools, helping them develop faith and outreach strategies.
• Maintain 50–75% field presence during the ministry year (September‑May), traveling within Denver and occasionally across the nation.
• Build and sustain partnerships with youth pastors, church leaders, teachers, parents, and the broader Christian community.
• Lead a campus ministry staff team, fostering collaboration and spiritual growth.
• Represent Decision Point at events, conferences, and local community gatherings.

Qualifications

• Ministry experience in a church or para‑church setting (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and a quick learner.
• High moral integrity, emotional health, social awareness, and spiritual maturity.
• Team‑player who enjoys coaching and servant leadership.
• Passion for evangelism and a desire to reach students statewide.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Full‑time (45+ hours per week).

Salary

Annual salary range: $50,000 – $65,000, based on experience and qualifications.
