Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: Percentage of production , fee-for-service, with unlimited, uncapped earning potential

Expected Earnings: Under our Fee-for-Service concept, providers can expect to earn $300,000 - $550,000 annually.

• Daily rate between $960 - $1,440 with 30% production.

The Opportunity

This is a full-time or part-time role in a fast-paced, patient-focused practice with established, consistent patient flow , so you can be productive right away rather than building a schedule from scratch.

You'll enjoy clinical autonomy and treatment-planning freedom , supported by efficient systems and an experienced clinical and administrative team. Your work will include:

• Diagnosing and treating emergency, restorative, and comprehensive dental conditions
• Developing individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Educating patients on treatment options and oral health
• Performing a broad scope of procedures in line with accepted standards of care
• Collaborating with support staff to deliver an exceptional patient experience

Mentorship & Growth

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is:

• A licensed dentist with a DDS or DMD from an ADA-accredited dental school
• Holding an active Louisiana dental license , BLS/CPR certification , and DEA registration
• Clinically strong with excellent diagnostic abilities
• An excellent communicator committed to ethical, patient-first care
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Experience with endodontics and surgical extractions preferred
