What will you be doing?

• Assist front desk activities (following a daily structure to do them)
• Answer overflow of calls and texts
• Schedule appointments, collecting payments, entering payments
• Assist in presenting treatment plans
• Assist in insurance coordination
• Assist in communicating with other dental offices that refer patients
• Assist in other secretarial tasks (using excel, etc.)
• Assist the main dental assistant (following a daily structure to do them)
• Assist in setting up rooms, doing sterilization, taking X-rays and CBCTs
• Communicating with materials/equipment vendors etc.
• Assist in buying materials, mailing documents, etc.
• Assist in documentation

What are we looking for?

• Excellent communication (verbal and written in English and Spanish)
• Basic mathematical skills
• Strong organizational, multitasking abilities and detail-oriented
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, etc.
• A team player with good references (trustworthy, reliable, energetic, fast-learner)
• A motivated individual who brings professionalism, positive energy
• Top-notch customer service skills
• Familiarity with compliance of HIPPA, OSHA and infection control regulations
• Previous dental office experience
