Dedicated Team Tractor-Trailer Driver

Postal Delivery Systems is hiring experienced Class A CDL Team Drivers for a dedicated scheduled route operating between Portland, Oregon and Northern California.Both Team drivers are paid hourly for the scheduled trip, whether driving or riding as the second Team driver.Class A CDL requiredCurrent DOT medical card requiredTractor-trailer experience requiredMust meet DOT and USPS qualification requirements$31.42/hour base wageAdditional $6.07/hour Health & Welfare benefit stipend, up to 40 hours per weekFlexible availability. Weekends and Holidays REQUIREDDedicated scheduled route.Valid Commercial License (Class A required) and DOT Physical ExamMust be 25 years of age or olderMinimum 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experiencePostal Experience preferredAbility to pass background check, MVR review by insurance, DOT drug testing and DOT physical examination.Ability to sit for extended periods while operating a commercial motor vehicleAbility to lift, push, or pull up to 100 lbs.Ability to climb in and out of trucks safelyAbility to secure loads using ratchet straps, load bars, or other securement devices.Ability to bend, stop, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead,Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
