Deburr TechnicianLooking for a highly motivated Deburr Technician.What you'll be doing:Perform dimensional and visual inspections of machinedDeburring of parts as defined by Engineering, Manufacturing Team LeadersDeburr of parts to schedule as defined by WIP, the manufacturing production schedule and Manufacturing Operations Team Leaders and Managers.Inter-Department cooperation.Ensure proper deburr of parts to spec and without related damage or error.Prioritize workload to meet all required deadlines.Taking ownership of attention to detail, quality, etc.Maintain a clean and tidy work environmentQualifications/ What you bring (Must Haves) – Highlight Top 3-5 skills:Minimum five years' experience in racing engine build environment.Hands on engine part deburr experience, fine motor skills.Mechanical skills: Must have strong mechanical skills; ability to proficiently use/understand all related Deburr tools.Interpersonal skills: Including strong listening skills; open-mindedness; team working and language skills necessary to facilitate effective cooperation between Associates and departments.Basic written and communication skills: the ability to read and write basic English.Proficient in MS Office products- Excel, Word.Must be self-motivated and able to work unsupervised and meet deadlines.Must have the patience, and diligence to achieve the best results possiblePhysical requirements are listed below but not limited to:Ability to push/pull 30 lbs force.
