Reporting to the Vice Chancellor of Academic Affairs, the Dean provides strategic leadership for the departments of Math & Business, Natural Sciences, Social Sciences, and Career & Technical Education (CTE). As an Indigenous-serving institution, WCC seeks a collaborative leader committed to open-access student opportunity, faculty development, and community connection. The Dean will oversee instructional quality across traditional and non-traditional environments—including Early College, distance learning, and education for non-traditional students—while expanding workforce pathways and driving student success.
