IDR is seeking a Data Warehouse Architect to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Denver, CO or Minneapolis, MN. In this role, you’ll support a large enterprise Customer Core transformation focused on implementing SAP as the billing platform, with an emphasis on customer data governance across multiple domains. This is a strategy and governance-focused position partnering closely with cross-functional business, technology, and SAP teams to define standards, processes, and alignment for reporting and analytics.
Position Overview for the Data Warehouse Architect
- Define and establish customer data governance processes and standards across multiple customer domains
- Partner with SAP Tower Leads during blueprinting and requirements definition to translate business needs into governance requirements
- Collaborate with Enterprise Data Governance teams to align standards and practices across the organization
- Work with System Integrators, Business Integrators, and internal stakeholders to define data ownership, standards, and governance processes
- Identify governance gaps, facilitate cross-functional discussions, and support reporting/analytics alignment throughout the transformation
Requirements for the Data Warehouse Architect :
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in data governance, data architecture, SAP, or related enterprise data environments
- Proven experience establishing and implementing data governance processes and standards
- Experience working across multiple data/customer domains in a large enterprise environment
- SAP S/4HANA Utilities or SAP IS-U functional foundation (required)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to succeed in a complex transformation environment
