Our teams work cross-functionally to deliver high-quality, personalized healthcare solutions.Position SummaryCurant Health is seeking a highly skilled Data Quality Analyst with strong expertise in validating data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across multiple data sources. This role will take ownership of designing, developing, and implementing automated data quality testing frameworks to proactively identify issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in working with large datasets, ETL processes, and automated testing methodologies within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Essential FunctionsData Validation & Quality AssuranceValidate data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness across multiple systemsPerform data reconciliation and identify discrepancies across upstream and downstream sourcesAnalyze data anomalies, determine root causes, and identify trends to drive actionable insightsDevelop and maintain both automated and manual data validation processesAutomation & TestingDesign, develop, and implement automated data quality testing frameworksCreate, execute, and maintain automated test cases for ETL pipelines, databases, and reporting layersParticipate in regression testing and post-deployment production data validationData Analysis & Issue ResolutionInvestigate, document, and track data quality issues, including root cause analysis and resolutionWrite and optimize complex SQL queries to validate large datasets and troubleshoot issuesSupport continuous improvement initiatives through data quality monitoring and reportingCollaboration & GovernanceCollaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to define data quality rules and standardsEnsure adherence to data governance, compliance, and quality standardsPartner cross-functionally to support reliable, accurate, and scalable data solutionsQualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)3+ years of experience in data quality, QA, or ETL testingTechnical SkillsHands-on experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)Strong SQL skills (complex queries, joins, aggregations, large dataset validation)Understanding of ETL processes, data pipelines, and data warehousing conceptsExperience with data validation, reconciliation, and profiling techniquesExperience designing and developing test plans and automated test casesCore CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detailAbility to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes in complex datasetsExperience working with large datasets and resolving data inconsistenciesFamiliarity with Agile methodologies preferredWork StyleSelf-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong collaboration skills with cross-functional teamsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWhy Join Curant Health?Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefitsMission-driven, patient-focused organizationOpportunities for growth and professional developmentCollaborative and innovative work environmentEqual Opportunity EmployerCurant Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
