Data Architect/ModelerThis position is for a data architect/modeler within the Enterprise System Management (ESM) department. The main project will be to create, document and maintain enterprise-wide data models to represent IT infrastructure and its relationship with business applications. The organization is looking to adopt ServiceNow’s CSDM data model, however the scope of this position is beyond ServiceNow, as there are a number of other data warehouses that will be under this positions scope of responsibility.
The data architect will facilitate the collection of information requirements, as well as the development and management of conceptual, logical and physical data models. The data architect will work with data providers to understand and model incoming data into coherent data models. The data architect will be responsible for the development of a common business vocabulary/ontology for IT infrastructure based on ServiceNow’s CSDM.
