Data Center TechnicianWe are seeking experienced Data Center Technicians with a strong focus on cable pulling and installation to support large-scale data center projects. This role is hands-on and requires working in fast-paced environments installing and routing structured cabling systems.Key ResponsibilitiesPull, route, and secure copper (Cat5e/Cat6/Cat6A) and fiber optic cables throughout the data centerInstall cabling pathways including ladder racks, J-hooks, cable trays, and conduitsAssist with dressing, labeling, and organizing cables according to project standardsFollow cable routing diagrams, blueprints, and redlinesSupport rack and stack activities as neededMaintain proper bend radius and cable integrity during installsWork safely at heights using ladders and lifts when requiredKeep work areas clean and organizedFollow safety protocols and site requirementsRequired Qualifications1+ years of experience in structured cabling or data center environmentsHands-on experience with cable pulling (fiber and/or copper)Ability to read and interpret prints, layouts, and cable schedulesComfortable working in active construction environmentsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the shiftReliable transportation and strong attendancePreferred QualificationsExperience in data centers or large commercial projectsKnowledge of TIA/EIA cabling standardsExperience with terminations (fiber or copper)OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certificationFamiliarity with testing tools (Fluke, OTDR) is a plusWork EnvironmentFast-paced, construction-style data center environment
